For every children's pizza ordered 50p comes to the charity. It's a great way to enjoy a meal out with the family and give something back to charity. The concept was created by its owner Alyson Doocey, who's nephew was affected by Retinoblastoma four years ago.  Alyson (picture here on opening night with fundraising manager Linden Smith) has develop the concept from scratch and with fantastic results. This is no ordinary pizzeria - Dough pizza kitchenis situated on the main cross roads in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter district, it is a welcome addition to the burgeoning collection of independent operators. Opened in autumn 2008, Dough serves a wide selection of pizza, dough sticks, pasta and salads. Set in a stylish yet family friendly environment Dough appeals to a wide audience as it offers pizza for everyone!
