This is no ordinary pizzeria - Dough pizza kitchenis situated on the main cross roads in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter district, it is a welcome addition to the burgeoning collection of independent operators. Opened in autumn 2008, Dough serves a wide selection of pizza, dough sticks, pasta and salads. Set in a stylish yet family friendly environment Dough appeals to a wide audience as it offers pizza for everyone!
