Office manager - Childhood Eye Cancer Trust

We have recently undertaken a strategic review and are planning new and exciting programmes of work which we believe will have a big impact on the awareness of Rb in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced office manager to join our friendly but professional team of one full time and four part time staff.

This role is at the heart of the organisation and as manager of this busy office with operational responsibility for the effectiveness and efficiency of the office you would be a key player in the success of the whole team. Your role would be to co-ordinate the work of the team and ensure the smooth running of the office. You must be an effective organiser used to multi tasking and staying calm under pressure. You will need well developed communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

IT literacy is a must and should include sound excel and word skills.

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced and committed individual with exceptional administrative and organisational skills who would help to take forward the work of the trust as we begin to celebrate our 25th year.

This is a permanent full-time post, working 37.5 hours a week: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and is based in Whitechapel, London.
